Hexham Bowling Club is perfect for your business or private function with rooms to suit 10 to 300 people.
We have a board room, Auditorium and our Heritage room, all of which can be arranged to suit your needs. The Auditorium may be used for any large function for up to 200 guests. For smaller functions we suggest our Heritage room which can be set up into classroom, theatre or horseshoe styles.

- Board Room, Heritage Room, Auditorium 1, Auditorium 2
- Board Room up to 4 hours: $70.00
- Board Room over 4 hours: $130.00
- Heritage Room up to 4 hours: $80.00
- Heritage Room over 4 hours: $140.00
- Auditorium 1 up to 4 hours: $80.00
- Auditorium 1 over 4 hours: $150.00
- Auditorium 2 up to 4 hours: $80.00
- Auditorium 2 over 4 hours: $150.00
- Whole Auditorium under 4 hours: $150.00
- Whole Auditorium over 4 hours: $250.00
- Wedding Auditorium hire: $400.00
We can supply you with a projector and wireless internet, also available upon request, screen, whiteboard, flip chart, lectern, audio and projector screen at no extra cost.
